These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your registration, participation, and access to the 3-Day Live Handicraft Export Workshop, conducted by Dr. Sumit Pareek and organized by HeartfulCraft International Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

By purchasing a ticket, accessing the workshop, or participating in any part of the training, you (“Student”, “Participant”, “You”) accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If You do not agree to these Terms, do not register or participate in the workshop.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

1.1 The 3-Day Workshop is a live, online Zoom training conducted on:

• Day 1: Introduction to Handicraft Export Business

• Day 2: Export Model, GI-Tagged Products, and Overview of Advanced Programs Offered by Sumit Pareek

• Day 3: Export Processes, Buyer Acquisition Fundamentals, and Q&A
  
  
  

1.2 Daily sessions begin at 8:30 PM IST and may extend until completion of the teaching planned for the day.

1.3 This workshop is strictly an educational program focused on:

• handicraft export fundamentals,

• industry insights,

• GI-tagged products,

• plug-and-play export model explanation,

• understanding how to become part of HeartfulCraft’s ecosystem.
  
  

1.4 This program is not a business opportunity scheme, investment scheme, or assured earnings program.

2. NO INCOME GUARANTEE

2.1 The Company and Mentor do not guarantee:

• sales,

• income,

• profits,

• export orders,

• buyer quantity,

• business success, or

• financial outcomes of any kind.
  
  
  

2.2 All results depend entirely on Your personal effort, skills, consistency, decision-making, and market conditions.

2.3 Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or illustrations shared during training are for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE PROGRAM

3.1 The workshop fee is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

3.2 No refund will be issued for:

• non-attendance,

• technical issues at the participant’s end,

• change of mind,

• dissatisfaction,

• misinterpretation of course content,

• emergencies,

• requests made before, during, or after the workshop.
  
  
  

3.3 All fees for the workshop and any future advanced programs are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.4 Registration signifies voluntary acceptance of this non-refundable policy.

4. ACCESS TO LIVE SESSIONS

4.1 Access is granted only to registered participants and only during the live Zoom sessions.

4.2 The Company may use attendance monitoring, login verification, or ID checks to ensure authenticity.

4.3 Sharing of Zoom links, meeting IDs, passwords, recordings, or training materials is strictly prohibited.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, disruption, or policy violation without refund.

5. COURSE MATERIALS, BONUSES & ACCESS

5.1 Any materials provided (PDFs, templates, catalogues, tools, scripts, action plans, or other content) are for personal educational use only.

5.2 Participants may not copy, republish, distribute, resell, or claim ownership of any material provided.

5.3 Bonuses may change, be updated, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Lifetime or future access is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES & BUSINESS MODEL CLARIFICATION

6.1 This workshop is a plug-and-play business education program, not a business partnership, employment, franchise, revenue-sharing model, or joint venture.

6.2 Participation does not automatically grant:

• export partnership rights,

• commissions,

• backend access,

• product rights,

6.3 Any future program (including sales training or export deal closing programs) is optional, offered separately, and governed by its own Terms & Conditions.

6.4 Mention of higher-level programs is solely informational and not a guarantee of admission or selection.

7. NO LIABILITY & LIMITED WARRANTY

7.1 All training is delivered based on the personal experience, knowledge, and industry insights of Dr. Sumit Pareek.

7.2 The Company and Mentor make no warranties regarding:

• accuracy of information,

• future market conditions,

• export regulations,

• economic outcomes,

7.3 The Participant agrees that:

• Learning does not equal earning.

• The Company is not responsible for individual actions, mistakes, or business losses.

• The Participant is solely responsible for all decisions made after the training.
  
  

7.4 Under no circumstances shall the Mentor or Company be liable for:

• financial loss,

• loss of business opportunities,

• delays,

• legal issues arising from participant actions,

• export mistakes made independently by the participant.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 All course content—including videos, voice recordings, frameworks, catalogs, messaging templates, scripts, strategies, brand names, and trademarks—belongs exclusively to HeartfulCraft International Private Limited.

8.2 Participants may not:

• share, upload, or publish any part of the training;

• teach the same content as their own;

• use the Company’s IP to create competing programs or training.

9. GOVERNING ENTITY & LEGAL JURISDICTION

9.1 This workshop is organized by:

9.2 All rights, trademarks, and operations of this program belong to the Company.

9.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

10. CODE OF CONDUCT

By joining the workshop, the Participant agrees to:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards faculty and other attendees

• Not interrupt training flow

• Avoid spam, solicitation, or misuse of the community platforms

• Not defame or misrepresent the Company or the Mentor in public or private spaces

Violation of conduct may result in removal without refund.

11. RECORDING & PRIVACY CONSENT

11.1 The sessions may be recorded for internal quality, compliance, or improvement.
11.2 By attending, You grant the Company permission to store and use recordings containing your voice, comments, or questions.
11.3 You may not record or distribute any part of the training.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the registration and payment process, You confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms

• You understand that all fees are non-refundable

• You acknowledge that no income or business results are guaranteed

• You willingly join the workshop for educational purposes

• You release the Company, its directors, and team from any future legal claims related to outcomes, earnings, or expectations
  
  

This Agreement is binding upon You from the moment You register.
